Terms & Conditions
We love to plan and deliver your parties, but have to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied and our equipment remains in a high quality condition. As such, we ask that you please take into consideration the following when you book a sleepover party with us:
Due to high demand for weekend dates, we recommend that you book as early as possible for your party day to avoid disappointment.
Once your party date has been confirmed, we will require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the sleepover date.
Please note if the party is cancelled 7 days or less before the event: 0% of your deposit will be refunded. We cannot set up a party if payment has not been received in full.
A fully refundable security deposit of £100 is also payable 7 days prior to the sleepover or party date. This will be refunded in full when we pick up as long as the hired equipment is undamaged.
Delivery and set up time is from 12pm to 4pm and collection time from 12pm and 4pm the following day. If you require earlier or later pick up we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Sleepy Wonderland cannot be liable or responsible for any allergies - it remains the responsibility of the parent to ensure that any allergies are personally supervised by them as well as being highlighted to Sleepy Wonderland.
Our parties do not include any childcare or child supervision. We create a magical atmosphere for your children to enjoy, but adult supervision by a parent or guardian is required during the sleepover period.
